Terms and Conditions for the Hub:One Product Giveaway

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Hub:One and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. How to Enter: The giveaway will be open for entries from Thursday 27th June 2024  until 11:59 PM GMT on Wednesday, 31st July 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Prize: The prize consists of one Hub:One product with a complimentary 12-month subscription from the date of activation.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random using an online random generator on Thursday, 1st August 2024. The draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on our social media platforms and contacted directly by our marketing team via the contact information provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.

6. Prize Delivery: The Hub:One product and subscription details will be dispatched to the winner within 30 days of their acceptance of the prize. 

7. Data Protection and Publicity: By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability: Hub:One accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the giveaway or as a result of accepting the prize. Hub:One is not responsible for any issues with third-party services.

9. General: Hub:One reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company.

10. Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
