Warranty Coverage

Swarm Energy Ltd. guarantees that the Hub:One will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period for this product is two years from the date of purchase.

2. Purpose

This policy establishes guidelines for identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities in SWARM’s information systems. The objective is to maintain a secure environment, protect sensitive data, and respond effectively to potential threats.

3. Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at the discretion of Swarm Energy Ltd.

4. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Damage due to natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flood, or fire.
  • Damage caused by your Installer.
  • Further installation costs from Installers.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Products used for commercial purposes.

5. Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Follow the instructions given by our customer service team for returning the product, if necessary.

6. Limitations of Liability

Swarm Energy Ltd. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty.
